He is currently stationed at the apartment building located at 36 NE 65th St, Miami, FL 33138, where he plays a key role in maintaining the property's daily operations.
In his role, Richard specializes in handling basic maintenance and addressing minor repair issues for tenants, ensuring that the building remains in excellent condition and that resident concerns are resolved efficiently. His hands-on approach and reliability make him an essential part of the on-site operations team.
