It's calculated per tenant based on monthly rent. For example, if your monthly rent is $2,000, the management fee would be approximately $200/month. Final terms are negotiable depending on your property and needs, especially for multi-unit portfolios.

Phone photos are completely free with your management plan. If you want professional photography with drone footage, that costs $165–$200 depending on your property's square footage. High-quality photos often help properties rent faster and at better rates.

The landlord pays for sign production. We'll coordinate ordering and placement for you, but the physical cost of producing the sign is covered by the property owner. This is a one-time expense that helps with local marketing.

Eviction coordination is included in your management plan—we handle all the paperwork, communication, and process management at no additional charge. However, you'll pay separately for process server fees and court costs, which are third-party expenses required by law. We'll keep you informed of all costs before proceeding.
